Shipping policy

All orders, including expedited shipments, are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours and are shipped within two business days. Please note at times shipment may be delayed due to inclement weather, holidays, or an increased volume of orders.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

Standard Shipping (within the Continental U.S.) - will arrive within 5-7 business days from the day they ship. Most shipments will be delivered via FedEx (except APO addresses and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii).

Can You Ship to a PO Box?

No. Unfortunately, our common carrier does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Need Faster Shipping?

FedEx charges for expedited shipping methods are calculated for you on our Shopping Cart for each shipping method (2Day, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, and FedEx Standard Overnight). You choose the shipping type, and freight will be added during check-out.

We are only able to ship within the U.S. Sorry, we are unable to offer shipping to Canada or internationally.

Mountain House is only able to accept orders through our website with credit card payment.
